tuan, saya berminat untuk belajar undang-undang..adakah sesuai jika mengikuti kursus bacelor of jurisprudence yang ditawarkan oleh um..dan susahkah mengambil CLP ?

First of all, I am not a Tuan. No man is another’s Tuan. Tak begitu?
BA Jurisprudence adalah asas pengajian undang-undang sama seperti Ijazah SM Undang-Undang (LLB) yang ditawarkan uitm. Untuk membolehkan seseorang itu berkelayakan untuk menjadi seorang peguam bertauliah perlulah menambah setahun lagi tahun pengajian selepas BA Juris/LLB dengan meneruskan pengajian ke tahap LLB(Hons).
CLP.
Saya sendiri tidak pernah mengambil CLP. Namun saya dikhabarkan CLP itu betul-betul mencabar.

by the way, im really intrested with ur blog.. anyway sir,all that such kind of entri really make me to be more passion towards the beauty of the law itslef..
anyway, i have a few Question:
1.the application of enlish law by virtue of section 3&5 of Civil Law Act 1956: what do u think? is it still relevant?
2.what are the essential point of “jurisprudence as a legal science?”
its ok sir if u dont have much enough time to answer all those above question..
The civil law act shall forever be relevant not because we crave for Brit laws but as a fail-safe measure to cover any gap in our own local laws which ironically the bulk of it are imported from abroad.
What is science? Science is something that you can quantify. Are laws quantifiable? Jurisprudence as a legal science is a mere effort by Scandinavian jurists to extol their legal discipline.
